Ordering gift cards for large groups of people has previously been a slow, manual process. We wanted to speed this up and make it as easy as possible for you to send rewards at scale. That’s why we have made some changes to the Runa platform to make bulk orders smooth, simple and speedy. 

We would recommend using the bulk order functionality when ordering 10 gift cards or more. All you need to do is upload a spreadsheet with a list of email addresses and the gift card amount. Then hit send.

How does it work?

1. Click ‘Create order’ 
2. Click ‘Bulk order’
3. Choose the currency you want to send in and select the brands you want your customers to be able to choose from or select all. 
4. Continue to upload
5. Upload spreadsheet in the following format:
