WeGift is now Runa. Our new website is www.runa.io.
Moving forward you will see our new name, Runa, in your account, in any correspondence with our team and invoices.
The legal company names will change as below. Please know these are just name changes and the underlying legal entities are the same (same registration numbers):
- UK: “The Voucher Market Limited” is now “Runa Network Limited”
- USA: “WeGift USA Inc” is now “Runa Network Inc.”
- Germany: “WeGift GmBH” will become “Runa Network GmbH” (note this is currently in process)
There is no need to change your contract with us. The entity is changing name but all other details (e.g. entity number) will remain the same. Should you need it, we can send a contract variation which will amend all name change references upon request.
WeGift officially became Runa on March 30, 2023.
The name and identity of WeGift no longer encompassed the range of products and services we provide. When people think of WeGift, they think only of gift cards. But Runa is a solution that will go beyond gift cards offering a greater range of reward, incentive and payout types with enhanced capabilities.
Runa is a digital value network and infrastructure that lets people pay and get paid by anyone, anywhere, instantly. The Runa Platform helps organizations move digital value in any form in a simple way, so that individuals can instantly use that value while creating new channels and revenue opportunities for business.
