The challenge
YuLife set out to build a platform to encourage employees to live their best lives, improving their wellbeing and health outcomes and, therefore, helping to decrease their need for treatments and insurance claims. The team wanted to create a platform that also rewarded individuals for their healthy choices, long-term habits, and improved behaviors.
Building a global rewards program that was both engaging and scalable posed several challenges:
- Ensuring a wide range of options plus reward flexibility to cater to a diverse workforce and employee preferences.
